If Cheetah is not properly syncing with Domain Time II (DTII), you may need to manually synchronize it with your PC clock. Click on the icon located on the lower right of your taskbar. This may be hidden and clicking the expand arrow will populate it.
Next, click the Sync button near the bottom of the window that opens. The clock symbol above should turn to this symbol if it synchronizes successfully.
If this does not occur, click the + next to the Advanced option from the Domain Time II window. Click Import/Export and then the Browse button in the middle of the screen under the Import Settings from Template section. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Neuralynx\Cheetah\Resources\NetworkDeviceMarshal and select the NlxDomainTimeIIConfiguration_default file, click Open. If you are using a Microsemi PTP clock, you will select the other file option.
This should synchronize the clock and the symbol should appear in the task bar. If not, contact support for further troubleshooting options.
