New, Free App

Available from our apps portal, Configuration Assistant is a web-based application available from our apps portal that makes it easier to write configuration files. This application requires internet access. If your acquisition system computer is not connected to the internet you may use a different computer to create the configuration file, and then copy it to your acquisition computer.

Account Setup

Although Configuration Assistant is provided free for Neuralynx customers, our apps portal requires all users to login with a ZenDesk account. Don't have a ZenDesk Account? Register a ZenDesk account.

Additionally, users must be manually authorized. This prevents spam or robot web traffic from degrading the performance of the Configuration Assistant. If you need your account to be authorized, please contact us with your registered ZenDesk account email or use our contact form. 

Using the Assistant

While this app is intuitive for users familiar with Neuralynx acquisition systems, here are a few notes that may be helpful.

1. Set the Acquisition System and Channel Count fields first.

2. ATLAS Live Video configuration will require camera's IP address, username, and password. 

3. To select an acquisition entity for configuration, click the little gear icon next to that entity.
