If using NETGEAR ProSafe switches with FreeLynx and or GigE camera configurations, the Maximum Frame Size must be configured to the highest setting.  To verify this is correctly configured, navigate to the web interface of the switch with the IP address of 92.168.0.239.  Note, your network adapter must have the same configuration, i.e.: 192.168.0.XXX.  By default, the Username: admin, and Password: password, must be used to login.  See the Configuring Interface Settings section of the user manual for further instructions on applying these settings.  Once setup is complete, return the IP settings of your network adapter to 192.168.4.10.
